• Fashion Police: Celebs shrug off style sense

My chum Begonia van Lumpen wasn’t about to let a walloping of snow and bone-chilling cold keep her from wearing her new spring togs.

So Begonia did her take on layering — starting with a fetching Michael Kors floral silk-georgette jumpsuit, then topping that with wool pants, pullover and tweed blazer for warmth. She donned her fink (faux mink) and she was set for a casual night out.

Funny thing about Begonia — she’s easily distracted. So when she determined a Hub watering hole was warm enough for her Kors debut, she started to peel while choosing a cocktail — and just kept going.

Thankfully, she stopped at her scanties — the Hello Kitty ones.

Speaking of cold shocks, I got a few during this week’s red-carpet and runway stakeout. Let me shovel these Frozen Steppes, and I’ll file my report:

BED HEAD: When you have to go out but you really want to put on your PJs and watch TV, drop a hint with an ensemble like Scarlett Johansson’s robe-ish thing.

DOLL FACE: Why do I get the idea that there’s a series of progressively smaller Rosario Dawsons stacked inside each tier?

VISION BOARD: Either that’s a really creative ransom note or Gwen Stefani’s wearing her kid’s locker decorations.

HANDS ON: Training your attack dog? No reason you can’t look chic — or something.

    FROZEN STEPPES

    • 1 1⁄2 oz. white creme de cacao
    • 2 oz. Finlandia vodka
    • 1 oz. vanilla ice cream
    • Blend everything. Serve in a snifter with a straw.
