Moochi Triumph leather jacket, $800; Witchery linen t-shirt in Cobalt, $55; Glassons belt, $15; Dyrberg Kern Sativa bracelet, $229; Billini Mykonos sandals, $78 at The Iconic; Kowtow Classic pants, $199.
We were already warming up to Meghan Markle as a style icon, but when news broke that she was set to marry Prince Harry, us fashion folk went into overdrive on the actress's every sartorial choice.
In a recent interview, Markle declared her fashion "spirit animal" was Emmanuelle Alt, editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris, and as Alt is amongst my own personal style icons also, it seemed the perfect time to break down one of her outfits from Paris Fashion Week earlier this year.
While Alt is legendary for her uniform of blazers, crisp white shirts and skinny jeans, this is a more relaxed approach, with a (still blazer-esque) leather jacket, pleated trousers and strappy sandals.
Finish with just one item of classic fine jewellery (note Alt's simple gold bracelet) for a true Parisian touch.
